First Coast MPO Building for JTA  Renovation and revitalization of a dilapidated building that was built in the 1950’s, and located at 1022 Prudential Drive, in the downtown Jacksonville area, for the Jacksonville Transportation Department.  This project involved demolition of both interior and exterior of the building, upgrade of plumbing system, replacement of exterior and interior light fixtures, new interior finishes, exterior finish repairs, installation of new landscape, and the sealing and stripping of the parking lot.
